Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Assistant Manager - Senior Associate, Cost Planning di Changi Airport Group - Maukerja

As part of Changi Airport Group's Engineering & Development (E&D) Cluster, you will play a key role in the planning, management, monitoring and reporting of the Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) and Operating Expenditure (OPEX) for engineering systems across the Airport.

You will work closely with engineering and finance teams to develop budgets, monitor expenditure and cashflow utilisation, improve forecast accuracy and analyse variances. You will also provide management insights on spending trends, identify key cost drivers and recommend strategies to optimise engineering asset lifecycle costs, procurement approaches and cost control measures.

In addition, you will contribute to the continuous transformation of the Cost Planning function by leveraging automation, data analytics, AI and digital technologies to improve productivity, strengthen data-driven decision-making and modernise cost management processes across the Cluster. You will be encouraged to identify opportunities for process improvements, develop innovative solutions and drive the adoption of digital tools to enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and enhance forecasting models to improve budget planning and cashflow management.
• Analyse expenditure trends and provide insights to support management decision-making.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, data quality and productivity.
• Develop dashboards and data visualisation tools to support performance monitoring and cost management.
• Work with stakeholders across E&D and other clusters to evaluate and implement digital solutions that improve business processes and operational outcomes.
• Support the adoption of AI, analytics and emerging technologies to enhance cost planning capabilities.

Job Requirements

• Good degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.
• Relevant experience in engineering maintenance, asset management, CAPEX/OPEX planning, cost management, financial analysis or infrastructure project management.
• Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, digital transformation, AI applications or robotic process automation will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proactive, curious and driven to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Good team player who is self-motivated, adaptable and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office tools, particularly Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas, Power Query and macros), Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps.
