1. Business Development & Sales
- Identify and secure new corporate clients within hospitals, healthcare institutions, medical device companies, pharmaceutical firms and allied health providers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.

- Maintain accurate lead records, sales pipelines and customer interaction logs in the company’s customer relationship management system.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Public Health or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of successful experience in business-to-business business development, enterprise sales or key account management within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices or healthcare learning and development.
- Strong understanding of the Malaysian healthcare industry, including hospital networks, clinic chains, pharmaceutical suppliers and regulatory bodies.
- Experience with HRD Corp / HRDF training grants and corporate training procurement.
