JOB LOCATION: PENGERANG, JOHOR
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: CONTRACT

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Plan, coordinate, and supervise instrumentation engineering activities for project/site works.
2. Review instrumentation drawings, specifications, datasheets, calculations, and technical documents.
3. Ensure instrumentation installation works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and applicable standards.
4. Coordinate with engineering, construction, commissioning, vendors, subcontractors, and other disciplines.
5. Provide technical support for instrumentation systems and resolve site-related technical issues.
6. Review and monitor installation of field instruments, control valves, instrument tubing, junction boxes, cables, and related systems.
7. Coordinate inspection, testing, calibration, loop checking, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.
8. Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with engineering requirements.
9. Prepare and maintain technical reports, inspection records, punch lists, and other project documentation.
10. Participate in technical and coordination meetings with clients, contractors, and project teams.
11. Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, company procedures, and applicable industry standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation, Control & Instrumentation, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in instrumentation engineering, preferably in oil & gas, petrochemical, EPC, or industrial projects.
3. Experience in instrumentation installation, testing, calibration, loop checking, pre-commissioning, and commissioning.
4. Good understanding of process instrumentation and control systems.
5. Able to read and interpret P&IDs, instrument datasheets, loop diagrams, wiring diagrams, and instrumentation drawings.
6. Familiarity with instrumentation standards, specifications, and relevant industry practices.
7. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, coordination, and communication skills.
8. Able to work independently and effectively in a site-based environment.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of relevant engineering software is an advantage.
10. Willing to work at Pengerang, Johor.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
