NetSynergy Solutions Sdn Bhd is an IT Systems Integrator and Managed Services Provider supporting businesses across Malaysia. We work with real customer environments offices, cloud platforms, networks, and enterprise IT systems.

This internship is designed for students who want real hands-on IT exposure, not just observation.

Internship Objective

To provide students with practical experience in IT support and infrastructure, while developing technical, communication, and problem-solving skills in a professional environment.

What You Will Do

Assist engineers in providing IT support to users (on-site & remote)

Help troubleshoot:

• Desktops & laptops
• Printers and basic peripherals
• Basic network and Wi-Fi issues
• Assist in Microsoft 365 user setup (email, accounts, basic support)
• Learn how to manage IT support tickets
• Accompany senior engineers to client sites for field exposure
• Help document IT processes and support cases
• Learn IT best practices and professional work standards

What You Will Learn

During your internship, you will gain exposure to:

• Real-world IT support environments
• Basic networking & infrastructure concepts
• Microsoft 365 & cloud fundamentals
• IT service management (ITSM) processes
• Customer communication & professionalism
• How an MSP / IT services company operates

Requirements

Currently pursuing Diploma / Degree in:

• Information Technology
• Computer Science
• Networking / Cybersecurity (or related)
• Basic knowledge of computers & Windows OS
• Willing to learn and take responsibility
• Good attitude, teamwork, and communication skills
• Able to commit for minimum 6 months
• Own transport is an advantage (mandatory)

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Internship or part-time IT support experience
• Basic networking knowledge
• Interest in cloud, systems, or cybersecurity
