Transaction Monitoring & AML

• Review and investigate alerts generated by the Transaction Monitoring system
• Support the clearance of the Transaction Monitoring alert backlog
• Conduct due diligence and background checks on potentially suspicious cases and alerts
• Review ad-hoc escalated cases from other functional teams within AML
• Identify unusual or suspicious transaction activities and escalate cases appropriately
• Support escalation of Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) where required
• Liaise with business units and internal teams on AML and Transaction Monitoring matters
• Provide support on Transaction Monitoring-related queries and cases
• Contribute to and maintain Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for the Transaction Monitoring team
• Support other Financial Crime Compliance activities as assigned
