Key Responsibilities:
Lead the project execution, technical coordination, installation, and commissioning for integrated ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, PA/BGM, Structured Cabling, CPMS, BMS/IBMS, and Emergency Voice Communication).
Review, prepare, and submit Shop Drawings, Material Submissions, Method Statements (MOS), Risk Assessments (RA), and As-Built drawings in compliance with authority codes and project specifications.
Interface with main contractors, architects, structural teams, and other M&E disciplines to perform spatial coordination and resolve site interface issues.
Plan, monitor, and drive daily site progress to meet master construction milestones and project timelines.
Supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure installation quality, workmanship, and safety standards.
Conduct Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Integrated Testing & Commissioning (T&C), and smooth handover to clients.
Monitor project budget, material usage, and variations; assist the Project Manager in cost control, procurement, and vendor evaluations.
Act as the primary technical liaison for clients, consultants, main contractors, and relevant statutory authorities (e.g., LTA, CAG, HDB, PUB, IMDA).
Prepare progress reports, technical proposals, and represent the company in site progress, coordination, and WSH meetings.
Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, bizSAFE guidelines, and quality assurance protocols across all site operations.
Requirements
Education:
Degree or Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Building Services, or a related discipline.
Experience:
Minimum 4 to 6 years of hands-on project engineering experience in ELV / ICT / Building Services within the Singapore construction industry.
Proven track record in managing public sector, infrastructure, commercial, or institutional M&E projects.
Strong technical expertise in IP networking, fiber optic backbones, network protocols (BACnet, Modbus, TCP/IP), and integrated building systems.
Good working knowledge of Singapore Standards, Codes of Practice (CP), WSHA regulations, and local authority submission standards.
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; basic working knowledge of BIM/Revit and MS Project is an added advantage.
Excellent site leadership, project organization, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, consultants, and site teams.
