JOB SUMMARY
Ensuring employer compliance and adherence to the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) Act, Rules and Regulations. The role involves conducting investigations on non-compliance cases, ensuring the accuracy of salary records to determine the correct EPF contributions, and supporting enforcement and legal actions when necessary to help members build a more secure retirement future through the protection of their contribution rights and retirement savings.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Counsel and educate employers on their statutory obligations under the EPF Act and related regulations.
- Conduct field visits, inspections and investigations to verify employer compliance and records.
- Manage complaints, disputes and enquiries relating to EPF matters and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct recovery activities for overdue EPF contributions.
- Review and assess employer records to verify the accuracy of EPF contributions and identify potential non-compliance.
- Investigate non-compliance cases and recommend appropriate enforcement actions in accordance with established procedures.
- Prepare investigation reports, case documentation and supporting evidence for enforcement and legal proceedings.
- Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders to support enforcement and legal actions against non-compliant employers.
- Analyse operational and case-related data to identify trends, discrepancies and areas requiring further action.
- Provide guidance to employers on EPF products, services, policies and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and manage work schedules for visitation, inspection and investigation activities.

- Good knowledge of EPF products, processes, systems and policies to support daily operations and respond to employer enquiries.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review, interpret and analyse data to identify discrepancies, trends and potential non-compliance.
- Ability to conduct inspections and investigations, assess non-compliance cases and recommend appropriate enforcement actions in accordance with established procedures.
- Ability to manage complaints, disputes and case-related matters professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and educate employers on their compliance obligations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Malaysian citizen.
- Possess a valid Malaysian Driver’s License.
- Possess Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent, with credits in relevant subjects including Bahasa Malaysia and a pass in the Bahasa Malaysia Oral Test (Ujian Lisan).
- Possess a Diploma in Economics, Business Law, Public Administration, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field recognised by the Government from an accredited higher learning institution. Candidates must possess a Diploma as their highest academic qualification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent command of spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Proficiency in additional languages will be an added advantage.
