Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Preschool Teacher to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in young learners' lives, guiding them on their journey of discovery and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting lead teachers in managing classroom activities and fostering a positive learning environment.
• Collaborating with other educators to ensure the holistic development of every child.
• Helping maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom.
• Assisting in tracking and documenting students' progress.
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of educational strategies.
• Communicating effectively with parents about their child's progress and daily activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE), Psychology, or a related field.
• Previous experience working with children in a preschool setting is preferred.
• Passionate about working with young children and committed to their learning and well-being.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
