Job Description

• Assist with sourcing and identifying suitable candidates for various positions
• Search for candidates through job portals, social media and recruitment databases
• Review and screen candidate CVs according to job requirements
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments
• Contact and communicate with candidates regarding job opportunities
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment databases
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Assist in preparing candidate profiles and recruitment documentation
• Develop and maintain good relationships with candidates
• Support the recruitment team in meeting recruitment requirements and deadlines
• Learn and understand recruitment processes, best practices and industry requirements
• Perform other recruitment-related duties as assigned

Job Requirement
