Driver Wanted (Penang – Basic English Required)

Location: Penang, Malaysia

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM ; Saturday, 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM (flexibility required when needed)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From RM2,000 per month (commensurate with experience)

Job Summary:

We are a Japanese subsidiary company based in Penang, currently seeking a reliable and experienced company driver to support daily transportation needs for our management and staff. The ideal candidate should be familiar with local roads and able to communicate in basic English for coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the employer to work, meetings, airport, and on personal errands
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, serviced, and well-maintained
• Plan efficient routes and manage travel time effectively
• Maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism
• Communicate clearly in simple English when required

Requirements:

• Valid Malaysian driving license
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience
• Clean driving record
• Familiar with Penang roads and navigation apps (e.g., Waze, Google Maps)
• Able to understand and speak basic English
• Punctual, well-presented, and trustworthy

Work Location: On the road, based in Penang. Travel to Petaling Jaya occasionally.
