About the role
As an Interior Designer, you will recommend and deliver exceptional and functional spaces based on our clients' brief. You will have to plan and manage the project timeline, works and material supply to be on time and on target. You will have the opportunity to grow with the company, shape the company's direction, and command commission or company stakes that commensurate with your contributions.

The Builder’s Box is committed to providing our team with a supportive work environment. We offer competitive remuneration, an optional commission-based remuneration scheme, opportunity to lead in the company and hold company stakes, flexible and hybrid work arrangements, and other benefits.
About us
More than 90% of our business comes from repeat clients and referrals. In the construction and interior design sector, that number means trust, delivering on our promises and top-notch work ethics.
What started in 2015 as a humble interior renovation hobby has evolved into The Builder’s Box —a full-service firm tackling interior renovation and the construction of landed properties.
Over the last decade, we have:
Delivered 400+ successful projects across the region.
Built an elite client network that values sophisticated, high-end execution.
Maintained rock-solid financials, positioning us for our biggest growth phase yet.
Hence, we are officially expanding our team.
If you want to work with a company that thrives on integrity, forges deep connections with like-minded customers, and has a proven track record of success, we want to hear from you. Find out what we do on IG (buildersbox) and FB (thebuildersbox).
