Kerja Sepenuh Masa Warehouse Team Lead, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di J&T DISTRIBUTION SOLUTION SDN. BHD. Selangor - Maukerja

1. Team Supervision & Coordination

• Lead and motivate a team of warehouse assistants to achieve daily operational targets.
• Plan, assign, and monitor work schedules (receiving, picking, packing, loading).
• Conduct daily briefings to communicate priorities and performance expectations.
• Ensure all team members follow company SOPs and safety rules.

2. Warehouse Operations

• Oversee receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching processes.
• Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing goods.
• Ensure all orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with other departments (QC, Admin, Transport, etc.) to resolve issues.

3. Inventory & Documentation

• Monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage and labeling.
• Assist in cycle counting and stock reconciliation.
• Verify documentation accuracy (DO, GRN, packing list, etc.).
• Report discrepancies, damages, or stock variances to the supervisor.

4. Safety & Housekeeping

• Enforce warehouse safety standards and proper PPE usage.
• Conduct regular checks on equipment, racks, and storage areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

5. Staff Development

• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to new or junior staff.
• Evaluate team performance and recommend improvements.
• Foster teamwork, discipline, and accountability.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / SPM with 2–3 years of warehouse experience (leadership role preferred).
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in basic computer or WMS (Warehouse Management System) use.
• Physically fit and able to handle fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Willing to work overtime or shifts when required.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
