We are looking for high-performing beauty sales professionals who thrive on targets, commissions, and closing premium packages.

Your Mission

• Close premium skincare & spa packages
• Achieve minimum monthly sales targets (up to $100K)
• Build loyal, repeat clientele
• Drive consistent revenue growth
• Deliver a top-tier consultation experience

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth skincare consultations

• Recommend bespoke treatment and product solutions

• Maintain exceptional service standards

• Build strong client relationships and retention

• Support boutique presentation and brand image

  • Proven sales track record

      Working Hours

      • 5 Days per Week

      • 44 hours per week

      • Shift basis:

        • 10:00am – 7:00pm

        • 11:00am – 8:00pm

      • Includes weekends & public holidays
        

        Compensation

        • Base Salary: $3,500 – $4,500 (based on experience & performance)

        • Uncapped Personal Commission (up to 22% structure)

        Work Locations (Rotational Assignment)

        • Ngee Ann City/ Wisma Atria/ Perennial Business City/ Chinatown Point/ Bedok Mall
