Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in ServiceNow business analysis and administration.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles and experience with ITSM tools.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, and integrations.
• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified ImplementationSpecialist (CIS) are highly desirable.
• ITIL V3/V4 certification is an advantage.
• Familiarity with generative AI and Now Assist is an advantage.
• Local, based in Malaysia and not require work visa or employment pass

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
