Kerja Sepenuh Masa HR Executive (Employee Relations)- Based at Setiu, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di TRG Industrial Minerals Terengganu - Maukerja

• Manage disciplinary cases and internal investigations, prepare relevant documentation, and recommend appropriate actions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Handle employee grievances and workplace conflicts, facilitate dispute resolution, and advise management and supervisors on employee relations matters to promote a harmonious working environment.
• Plan and implement employee engagement and welfare programmes to enhance employee morale, satisfaction, retention, and workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and company policies, advise management on employee relations matters, and liaise with relevant authorities when necessary.
• Maintain confidential employee relations records, prepare HR reports, analyse workplace trends, and recommend improvements to enhance workforce discipline and organisational effectiveness.

Job Specification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, particularly in employee relations and disciplinary management.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, industrial relations practices, disciplinary procedures, and HR policies.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• High integrity, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with employees, supervisors, and management.
• Willing to liaise with relevant government authorities and support HR initiatives as required.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
