Coordinate shift changes, replacements, leave, and medical certificate updates to maintain operational continuity

Verify attendance records, overtime, and allowances before submitting for payroll to ensure accuracy

Prepare and update operational reports, incident records and PowerPoint slides

Respond promptly to routine queries from officers, clients, and internal teams, escalating urgent operational issues to maintain service quality

Organize records and handle employee and client information confidentially to protect data privacy
