  • Execute testing using Excel and VBA-based test automation.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including artefacts and status reports.
  • Contribute to regional and global forums for the review and continuous improvement of processes, guidelines, and governance standards under the Global PC CoE Shared Service framework.
  • Support the maintenance of Product Modelling Guidelines and Taxonomy.
  • Develop a solid understanding of insurance products, including their composition and the specifications and calculations defined by the Product Development and Product Actuaries teams; adhere to the organization's PDLC methodology and uphold high standards of stakeholder satisfaction across business, technology, and operations partners.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
  • Fresh graduates with equivalent internships or up to 1-year relevant work experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of or exposure to the insurance domain (e.g., life, health, or general insurance products) is preferred.
  • Prior exposure to Agile project delivery methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicting requirements, and translate high-level concepts into actionable detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Working knowledge of computer programming (e.g., VBA, SQL, or similar) to support test automation and product model development.
  • Foundational understanding of AI concepts and familiarity with AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar generative AI applications) to enhance productivity and support continuous learning.

Tech Stack

  • ProductXpress or related product modelling software tools.
  • Excel with minimum intermediate level and experience in developing models using Excel functions, VBA and PowerQuery.
