Job Summary
You will prepare and analyze financial reports and forecasts, monitor financial performance, and provide insights to support business decisions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial information and assist management with financial planning and ad-hoc analysis.
Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business planning
Monitor financial performance by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Assist with monthly financial reporting and preparation of management reports
Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights that inform business decisions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information
Maintain accurate financial records and support financial planning activities
Deliver ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting to support management needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills demonstrated through financial tasks
Effective communication and organizational skills to coordinate with teams
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply
