We are seeking a channel-focused Business Development Manager with proven experience in a Value-Added Distributor (VAD) or IT distribution environment to drive partner-led growth in Malaysia.

This role is ideal for candidates who have worked with distributors, system integrators (SIs), MSSPs, and resellers, and understand how to build pipeline through partners— not direct sales.

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Reporting to: Head of Business – Malaysia

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Channel Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence, onboard new partners, and achieve sales targets.
• Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships, conduct regular business reviews, and provide training and support to partners.
• Sales & Revenue Growth: Create and implement joint go-to-market strategies, support deal registration, and explore upselling opportunities.
• Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, track competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
• Training & Enablement: Deliver partner training sessions, provide sales tools, and organize marketing events to enhance partner performance.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor partner sales performance, generate reports, and utilize CRM tools for data-driven decisions. Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales, business development, or partner management, preferably within the IT sector.
• Proven experience in Cybersecurity solutions and channel ecosystems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM proficiency.
