Tanggungjawab
To conduct supplier quoting and negotiation, budget and margin targets. Strategic development of supplier and transition of products from engineering to production, project management and supplier performance.
Responsibilities
Create purchase orders and requisitions while maintaining accurate invoice tracking and receipts to ensure accuracy
Ensure material availability throughout the supply chain to support uninterrupted production
Manage the transition of parts from development to production by reviewing ERP demands and coordinating with master scheduling and sales teams
Analyze complex assignments and recommend new procedures to improve procurement and supply chain processes
Develop and execute supplier performance metrics to monitor and enhance supplier reliability and quality
Required competencies and certifications
Bachelor degree with relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management
Ability to write complex service and operating procedures for clear communication and compliance
Skill in reviewing technical documentation to ensure accuracy and applicability
Knowledge of ERP systems, specifically SAP, to manage procurement and inventory data
