JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, such as but not limited to income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements of individual companies as well as consolidated accounts of the group highlighting areas such as but not limited to key performance indicators, trends, risks factors, compliance matters, etc;

· Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies in the preparation of the financial statements;

· Prepare, monitor and analyse cashflow budgets and forecasts for all companies under the Group on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual basis;

· Maintain and reconcile accounting records of all companies under the Group such as but not limited to ledgers and journals of the general ledger, payables, receivables, cash and bank, etc;

· Submit annual audited accounts on a timely basis;

· Liaise with external/internal auditors when necessary;

· Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws, ruling and regulations in the preparation of the tax submissions;

· Liaise with tax agents when necessary;

· To liaise with as well as to provide any information or assistance to the Company Secretary for any requirements at any point in time;

· Monitor the cash and bank transactions and balances at all times; and

· Prepare all payments together with complete and proper documentation when necessary to sustain the operation.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum Degree in Accounting/Finance - professional qualification will be an added advantage,

· Minimum 4-5 years related working experience,

· Good in SQL system and Microsoft office – e.g: excel advance user,

· Knowledge of shares, debentures and financial instrument market will be an added advantage,

· Has excellent communication skills and organization skills,

· Able to work independently and always want to learn more,

· Able to work in a team and a good team player, and

· Able to work immediately.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
