Job Descriptions

• Preparing legal documents, applications, letters to the Malaysian Intellectual Property Department
• Compose and revise documents for attorneys, including letters, depositions and filing forms
• Conduct market surveys and raids
• Filing of Trade Mark and Patent application in Malaysia for local clients and overseas associates
• Ensure legal documents are processed and handled in a timely and efficient manner in order to comply with appropriate regulations and deadlines
• Liaising with officers at the Malaysian Registry
• File and archive all documents in compliance with the files and subject matters
• Assume ad-hoc assignment as required

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• Candidate must possess minimum qualification of Bachelor Degree in Laws (LLB).
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Able to speak and write English fluently.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
