Job Summary

We are hiring an Operations Assistant to keep our online store running smoothly day to day. You will handle incoming stock, order fulfilment, and customer enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality before tagging and stocking new items
• Update inventory records on Shopify to maintain accurate stock levels
• Pick, pack, and prepare online orders from multiple sales channels including TikTok Shop and Shopify for courier delivery
• Weigh products and record measurements to configure Shopify shipping settings accurately
• Respond to customer enquiries via TikTok chat, Instagram DMs, and email using provided templates and policies
• Process returns and exchanges following established refund and exchange policies
• Identify and report stock discrepancies, order issues, and recurring customer questions to the team for resolution
• Assist the team with various ad hoc operational tasks as needed

Required competencies and certifications

• Experience in e-commerce, retail, logistics, administration, or customer service (diploma holders and fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome)
• Clear and polite written English communication for customer interactions
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate stock counts and order verification
• Physical ability to lift and pack cartons safely

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience using Shopify or TikTok Shop platforms is a plus but not required

Pay: $1,300.00 - $1,500.00 per month
