REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in Project Management, Process Improvement, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Customer Solutions. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend solutions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English and the local language.

• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.

• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for customer visits and project implementation activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Managing customer implementation projects from initiation to completion within the assigned territory,

• Partner with Regional Sales Teams to support ongoing sales initiatives and customer solution deployments,

• Assist with basic Lean and process improvement activities, including data collection, usage analysis, and problem‑solving support (DMAIC exposure),

• Conducting customer business analysis and participate in customer performance reviews and improvement discussions,

• Participate in initial customer implementation meetings, site assessments, and solution walkthroughs,

• Assist in coordinating implementation activities such as developing timelines, maintaining action plans, supporting Gantt charts, cross‑referencing products, and preparing inventory setups (min/max, VMI, vending, and new location launches).
