Your Role
Be responsible for overall planning functions
Develop construction programmes for medium to large-scale projects
Overall in charge of the implementation of project schedules
Monitor progress of work on site on a daily basis
Maintain and update all schedules, collecting actual data (progress, manpower and equipment deployment) and evaluating project progress
Oversee monthly progress reports for in-house, owner and consultant submissions
Maintain records for all significant events relevant to contractual claims/obligations
The Requirements
Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 6 years’ relevant experience
Has aptitude for planning role
Be adept in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 knowledge
Be meticulous, highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
