Tanggungjawab

Job Purpose

Maintain accurate configuration data and support integrations that enable visibility of IT infrastructure and services and contributing to continuous improvement while adhering to ITIL and agile principles. Collaboration, knowledge sharing, and proactive problem-solving are key, alongside the ability to support integrations and API configurations, aligned with business needs.


Key Activities

  • Support ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems
  • Configure and maintain APIs
  • Troubleshoot integration-related issues
  • Support CMDB data quality and platform data integrity
  • Assist in identification and resolution of infrastructure-related issues
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on configuration and service dependencies
  • Create and maintain technical documentation related to CMDB and integrations
  • Monitor system performance and identify improvement opportunities


Specialist Knowledge (work experience, further qualification)

  • General IT infrastructure components
  • ServiceNow CMDB concepts
  • Discovery and service mapping principles
  • Integration technologies and APIs
  • Data management and troubleshooting
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Work timing: EMEA hours (3pm-12am MYT)
