Sales Consultant – Aesthetic Industry

Location: Mount Austin / Sutera Utama, Johor Bahru
Basic Salary: RM3,000–RM4,000 per month + Sales Commission
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Opportunity

We are expanding our aesthetic consultation team in Johor Bahru and looking for passionate, sales-driven individuals to join us.

No previous aesthetic industry experience is required. Training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable aesthetic services and packages
• Provide professional customer consultation within the scope of training
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Follow up with potential and existing customers
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Maintain excellent customer service standards

Requirements

• Previous sales experience is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented and target-driven
• Willing to learn about aesthetic products and services
• Experience in beauty, retail, wellness, luxury sales or other sales industries is welcome
• No aesthetic experience required
