Delivery Lead – Engineering | Job Description

• Lead end-to-end engineering delivery of business-critical technology products from planning and design through release and production stabilization.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership, review designs, challenge solutions, and ensure architecture is implemented effectively.
• Drive sprint execution, delivery planning, milestones, risks, dependencies, estimation, capacity and release commitments.
• Coordinate Engineering, Product, Architecture, QA, Platform, Security, Infrastructure and Support teams to achieve delivery outcomes.
• Own engineering quality, automated testing, performance, reliability, technical debt and continuous engineering improvements.
• Lead release readiness, production support, incident resolution, root-cause remediation and operational stability.
• Mentor engineers and technical leads while managing distributed/onshore-offshore teams and senior stakeholder communication.
• Strong experience in Java/Spring, Microservices/APIs, CI/CD, DevSecOps, Cloud, OpenShift/Kubernetes, observability and Agile delivery; banking/financial services experience preferred.
