We are looking for a Designer with strong hospitality and luxury residential project experience join our Singapore office. Our office is located conveniently in CBD area and easily accessible with any public transportation. You would be working in a multicultural office environment full of passionate designers.
Job summary:
The Interior Designer will work closely with the Project Director and design team and be responsible for all design phases from concept development to visualisation, documentation and site implementation.

Responsible for all design phases from concept to site supervision
Work closely with the Project lead, design and FF&E team
Coordinate with operator, relevant consultants and contractors during all project stages
Producing client design presentation packages, with a proven track record in client facing skills
Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet given deadlines
Project management experience from concept to delivery
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design or equivalent
Minimum of 4 years experience designing interiors of hotels
Experience in handling hospitality and residential projects in all design phases from concept to site implementation
Experience in designing for various hotel brands and understanding the specific needs required by operators.
Experience in selection of furniture, accessories, lighting, ironmongery and sanitary wares are mandatory
Strong communication skills
Thorough understanding of AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and SketchUp
Proficient in CAD standards and organization of drawing packages
Able to understand drawings and design
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
