About the Roles

Join a Facility Management team as an Air-Con Technician based in Bishan. This is a permanent position working 5.5 days per week, Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 1pm, with a remuneration package comprising Basic Salary + Allowances + OT + Performance Bonus.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Install, inspect, service and repair various types and brands of air conditioners for commercial and residential properties.
• Carry out regular preventive maintenance and corrective works on air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.
• Troubleshoot faulty air-con systems and recommend effective solutions.
• Replace components such as air con compressors and fan coil motors when required.
• Perform servicing at customers' premises, including chemical washes, chemical overhauls and general maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum GCE O-Level.
• Experience in air-conditioning installation, servicing and maintenance is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair air-conditioning systems.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel to customers' premises for servicing and maintenance works.

Education:

• GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (Preferred)

Experience:

• air-con maintenance, repair and servicing: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• permanent working rights with no restrictions in singapore (Preferred)
