We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Temp to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition Department. As a temp, you will assist with various aspects of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and supporting the hiring team. This role provides valuable exposure to recruitment and human resources practices in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication
• Assist in pre-recruitment formalities with selected candidates
• Maintain and update candidate records in our database
• Assist in collection of new hire documents
• Assist with campus outreach and employer branding activities
• Other admin related tasks as required
  

Requirements:

• Possess at least GCE “A” levels/diploma. Preferred field of study would be Human Resource.
• Open to students awaiting NS/university admission
• Able to start immediately and commit for a minimum of 3 months
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and an aptitude for learning new software tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, to interact with candidates and internal teams professionally
• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while managing data accurately and sensitively
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and able to work independently while also being a collaborative team player
• Enthusiastic, with a keen interest in recruitment, human resources, and talent acquisition
• Prior experience in recruitment or basic knowledge of labour laws would be a plus
