Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – APAC / Greater China

Independent CHLITINA Authorized Franchise Business

We are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to take full leadership responsibility for an established multi-location beauty and wellness business operating across Mainland China, Hong Kong and Singapore.

This is not a corporate role within CHLITINA headquarters. The business is independently owned and operated by the investor under authorized franchise agreements.

Today, the business consists of approximately 24 flagship locations and more than 500 employees, with Mainland China as the core market. Most locations are established businesses operating in prime commercial districts, supported by existing store management and regional management structures.

The CEO will report directly to the investor and will serve as the highest executive responsible for the overall business.

• Take full ownership of the overall business, including P&L, operations, people, profitability and long-term growth.
• Lead and develop the existing regional and store management teams across multiple markets.
• Maintain stability and performance across a mature operating network while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Review existing business structures, processes and performance standards, and make practical improvements where necessary.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, cost control and resource allocation.
• Strengthen management accountability, succession planning and organizational capability.
• Ensure consistency in service quality, customer experience and operational standards across all locations.
• Work closely with the investor on long-term strategy and future business direction.
• Support the gradual transition from a franchise-dependent model toward the development of proprietary premium beauty concepts and brands.
• Evaluate future expansion opportunities across Greater China and selected APAC markets.

We are looking for someone who has already operated at a senior executive level and understands what it means to take responsibility for an entire business — not simply one function.

Ideal experience may include:

• CEO, Managing Director, General Manager, Regional Director or similar senior leadership experience.
• Strong P&L ownership and commercial judgment.
• Experience managing large teams and multi-location operations.
• Strong understanding of Greater China and/or APAC markets.
• Experience in retail, beauty, wellness, hospitality, consumer services or other multi-site businesses would be highly relevant.
• Proven ability to manage established businesses, not only build new ones.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership without requiring constant investor involvement.
• Comfortable balancing short-term operational performance with long-term strategic development.
