FRONT DESK RESIDENT (PART-TIME) Piladay House | Holland Village
Piladay is a boutique private Pilates studio built on personalised, high-touch client experiences. We're looking for a warm, organised, and proactive Front Desk Resident to join our Holland Village team on a part-time basis.
This is a front-facing role at the heart of studio operations — you'll be the first person our clients see and hear, and a key support to our instructors and management team.
What you'll be doing
Welcoming clients and managing the studio experience from arrival to departure
Handling bookings, scheduling, and appointment coordination across private and group sessions
Onboarding new clients — walking them through registration, studio policies, and what to expect
Managing payments, invoicing, and billing enquiries
Maintaining accurate client records in our booking system
Monitoring attendance, late cancellations, and no-shows in line with studio policy
Keeping the studio clean, well-stocked, and running smoothly throughout your shift
Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed
What we're looking for
Warm, professional communicator — strong spoken and written English is essential
Comfortable in a client-facing environment and genuinely enjoys people
Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask during busy periods
Reliable and takes initiative without needing to be micromanaged
Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or wellness is a plus — but we're happy to train the right person

is located in the heart of Holland Village and Tanjong Pagar (2nd studio opened in 2024), aiming to offer Exclusive Private classes for our valued clients.
Our studios are well equipped with modern Pilates equipment, and we drive to provide customized, quality and holistic approach to improving our clients' postural needs and fitness goals thus creating sustainable visible results.
Our well diversified instructors are both experienced and certified to tailor their classes to suit individuals' needs and fitness goals. PILADAY upholds our instructor's selection process and values our team members, training and dedication in maintaining our work standards and positive work environment.
We provide rehabilitation program for clients who have past injuries and concerns. We also caters Pilates for kids and young adults.
We are the Only studio in Singapore that caters to Full Pilates equipment access, including Cadillac, especially for Private Duet/Trio Classes for clients who wish to explore their potential in various equipment.
In 2024, Piladay extends its suite of services to build on its committment to the local Pilates scene. Piladay Academy (PLDA) serves as an educational institution focused on professionally developing aspiring Pilates instructors, operating in collaboration with Fonv Pilates, as the sole education center in Singapore. Recognizing the growing trend and lifestyle needs, individuals are groomed to become proficient in the art and science of Pilates, aligning with the globally recognised Fonv Pilates method to deliver high quality, sustainable pilates classes. This method equips instructors with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel on an international scale, ensuring they are well-prepared to make meaningful contributions to the Pilates community worldwide.
