We’re looking for a Junior Art Director who is not just a UI/UX designer, but a true visual crafter — someone who cares deeply about the impact of design in the digital world. You believe design should be purposeful, elegant, and emotionally resonant. You love turning ideas into visual stories, and you’re constantly tuned in to the pulse of digital media and culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design experience including interfaces, interaction, stories, and design language
• Translate creative briefs into sophisticated, on-brand visual assets that align with high quality standards for brands.
• Develop motion graphics and UI animations to enhance digital experiences
• Collaborate closely with the strategy, copy, and Ui/Ux team to bring ideas to life in a way that feels fresh, premium, and culturally relevant.
• Contribute to mood boards, visual research, and content planning sessions.
• Stay up to date with digital and visual trends, platform best practices, and emerging tools.
• Ensure consistency in brand look & feel across all digital ecosystems.

Prerequisites

• 5+ years of experience as a designer with at least 2+ years of experience in art direction including graphic design, UI/UX, or product design (agency experience is a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing work in storytelling and digital design.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, or photography is a strong plus.
• Understanding of branding, visual language, and digital audience behavior.
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well.
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
