Job Description
- Drive boutique sales and achieve commercial targets.
- Lead, coach and develop the retail team.
- Deliver exceptional clienteling and customer experiences.
- Build strong relationships with VIP and high-value clients.
- Monitor KPIs, sales performance and boutique productivity.
- Ensure excellent visual merchandising and brand standards.
- Oversee daily boutique operations and inventory management.
- Represent the brand and uphold its luxury positioning.
- 5+ years of luxury retail experience.
- Strong boutique management and commercial track record.
- Experienced in managing and developing retail teams.
- Strong VIP clienteling and relationship-building skills.
