About the Role

TC Precision is looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & Website Intern to help strengthen our online presence and generate more inbound business opportunities.

The primary objective of this role is simple:

Improve our website visibility on Google, increase relevant website traffic, and ultimately help generate more qualified RFQ enquiries.

This is not a social media only internship.

You will work across website development, SEO, content creation, digital analytics and B2B marketing, with the opportunity to directly see how your work affects website traffic, search rankings and lead generation.

You will report directly to the sales & marketing manager, and will be given guidance and priorities, while being expected to take ownership of your assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities

Website Development & Improvement

• Maintain and improve the company's existing GoDaddy-hosted website.
• Create new landing pages for our services, industries and marketing campaigns.
• Improve website structure, navigation, content and user experience.
• Make basic front-end website changes where required.
• Use basic HTML/CSS and related web knowledge to implement website improvements where the platform allows.
• Ensure website pages are mobile-friendly and professionally presented.
• Identify opportunities to improve RFQ/contact conversion from website visitors.
• Upload and maintain case studies, project information, capabilities and other website content.

Search Engine Optimisation — SEO

SEO will be a major part of this internship.

You will:

• Conduct keyword research relevant to electronics manufacturing and our target industries.
• Identify search terms that potential customers may use when looking for PCB assembly and electronics manufacturing services.
• Optimise website pages for relevant keywords.
• Improve page titles, headings, meta descriptions, URLs and website content.
• Develop new SEO-focused landing pages and content.
• Review competitor websites and search positioning.
• Improve internal linking and overall website structure.
• Monitor Google rankings and organic website traffic.
• Use SEO and analytics tools to track performance.
• Identify technical or content-related SEO issues and recommend improvements.
• Provide regular updates on rankings, website traffic and results.

We are looking for someone who enjoys measuring performance, not just producing content.

Content & LinkedIn Marketing

• Develop a basic social media/content calendar.
• Create B2B LinkedIn posts relating to:
• PCB assembly
• Electronics manufacturing
• Engineering and manufacturing capabilities
• Company projects and case studies
• Manufacturing knowledge and educational content
• Produce simple graphics and marketing materials using Canva.
• Assist with photos, graphics, presentations or other marketing content where required.
• Maintain a consistent and professional company image across digital channels.

The objective of social media content should be to build credibility and drive relevant audiences toward TC Precision, rather than simply maximise likes or followers.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

• Monitor website traffic and user behaviour.
• Track organic search performance.
• Track keyword ranking improvements.
• Monitor website enquiries and RFQs generated through digital channels.
• Prepare simple monthly performance reports.
• Identify what is working, what is not working and what should be improved next.

We value actual measurable improvement over vanity metrics.

Examples of metrics may include:

• Organic website traffic
• Google keyword rankings
• Website enquiries
• Qualified RFQs generated
• Landing-page performance
• Search impressions and clicks

Lead Generation — Secondary Responsibility

Where time permits, the intern may also:

• Research potential B2B customers.
• Identify companies that may require electronics manufacturing or PCB assembly services.
• Assist in building prospect/company lists.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research.

Lead-list development is useful, but it will not be the main responsibility of the role.

RequirementsWe are looking for someone who:

• Is currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Has a genuine interest in website marketing, SEO and digital growth.
• Has some knowledge of website development.
• Has basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and/or other relevant web technologies.
• Is comfortable making changes to websites and learning unfamiliar website platforms.
• Understands the fundamentals of SEO.
• Knows how to conduct keyword research.
• Is comfortable using SEO or website analytics tools.
• Has experience using Canva or similar design software.
• Is analytical and comfortable working with numbers and performance metrics.
• Can write clear and professional English content.
• Is willing to learn independently and research solutions when necessary.
• Takes ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Is comfortable working in a small team where you may be exposed to different areas of the business.
• Is available for a full-time internship in Singapore for at least 3 months.

Preferred / Bonus Skills

These are advantageous but not mandatory:

• Previous SEO project or internship experience.
• Experience with Google Search Console.
• Experience with Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with keyword research or SEO tools.
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or other Adobe Creative Suite experience.
• Experience creating website landing pages.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript.
• Experience with GoDaddy-hosted websites or other website CMS/builders.
• Experience with B2B marketing.
• Knowledge of electronics, PCB assembly or electronics manufacturing.
• Electrical/Electronic Engineering exposure alongside marketing experience.
• Previous experience marketing technical or engineering products/services.

Knowledge of electronics manufacturing is a strong advantage, but we are willing to teach the right candidate about the industry.
