Diploma in Corporate Administration, Business Studies or related field
Experience dealing with SSM matters
Knowledge of Companies Act 2016 & corporate compliance
Tanggungjawab
Assist in the preparation of directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions
Prepare and maintain meeting minutes and statutory documents
Prepare and lodge Annual Returns and other statutory filings
Use Superior Company Secretary System for corporate secretarial work
Handle SSM submissions, correspondence and follow-up matters
Maintain proper statutory records and corporate filing
Assist the Company Secretary and senior team with daily corporate administration
Ensure documents are prepared accurately and submitted within the required deadlines
Training will be provided by the Team Leader and Supervisor
