Night Shift - Bank Officer

Location: Menara Northam, Georgetown, Penang

Basic Salary : RM3,000 Per month

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and committed Night Shift Contract Officer to support operations for banking. This role involves document management, record maintenance, and ensuring compliance with banking processes.

Working Details

• Working Days: Monday – Friday
• Working Hours: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (based on roster)

Key Responsibilities

• Retrieve Account Opening Forms from recall boxes
• Perform filing, maintain inventory records, and validate account status in Eclipse
• Identify closed accounts for destruction and compile records accurately
• Ensure timely and organized preparation of records for destruction
• Scan and upload customer documents and signature forms into Eclipse Signature system
• Link signatures manually to respective accounts
• Batch and distribute documents to relevant departments on time
• Work collaboratively within the team with minimal supervision
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum Degree qualification (or higher)
• Preferably with banking-related experience

Technical Skills:

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong ability to multitask and follow through on tasks effectively

• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Positive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
