Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Toshiba equipment and systems.

Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Diagnose technical faults and carry out corrective actions in a timely manner.

Attend to service requests and resolve technical issues at customer or company premises.

Perform testing, calibration, and functional checks after repair or maintenance work.

Maintain accurate records of service activities, repair reports, spare parts, and equipment conditions.

Follow company SOPs, safety procedures, and technical standards at all times.

Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other departments to resolve technical issues.

Provide basic technical guidance to customers or end users when required.

Ensure tools, equipment, and spare parts are properly maintained and accounted for.

Prepare service reports and update the supervisor on work progress and outstanding issues.

Perform any other technical duties assigned by the management.

Learn and understand all Company products including specifications as well as drawings.

Ensure that products meet customers' requirements.

Perform product tests and inspections.

Follow proper procedures on Finished product inspection & testing control.

Ensure all records for NCR, FAT and drawings are properly kept in the QA filing system.

Coordinate with site team to solve customers' complaints.

Coordinate and follow up FAT matters with customers for assigned product.

Ensure smooth final product clearance during delivery.

Observe and follow Quality policies and Safety rules.
