Monitor progress, quality, and productivity of subcontractors and workforce.
Resolve construction-related issues proactively.
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
At least 5 years’ experience in
HDB, Condo, and Landed projects.
Proven track record of
managing large-scale construction
teams effectively.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
