Talent Acquisition Manager
About the Role
Our client is a tech company that builds scalable digital platforms and operational systems for clients around the world. They operate with a sharp emphasis on product quality, engineering excellence, execution speed, and operational transparency.
Recruiting is one of their strongest competitive edges. They're seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to take full ownership of the hiring function and make sure the company consistently sources, evaluates, and secures the right talent quickly.
You'll build the framework, manage the pipeline, and turn hiring into a strategic capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of recruitment across every department and region
- Develop a proactive talent pipeline rather than simply filling roles as they open
- Establish and uphold hiring standards across all positions and seniority levels
- Collaborate with department leaders to understand staffing needs and ideal candidate profiles
- Create and refine the interview and evaluation process
- Shorten time-to-hire while maintaining quality
- Strengthen the employer brand to position the company as a top destination for talent
- Manage recruitment analytics — pipeline health, conversion rates, time-to-hire, offer acceptance
- Continuously enhance the TA system, including the ATS, hiring workflows, and automation
- Apply AI tools across sourcing, screening, evaluation, and recruitment operations
- Use data and analytical thinking to spot hiring gaps, question assumptions, and sharpen recruitment decisions
- Guide and mentor the recruitment team
- Deliver a strong candidate experience from initial contact through offer
- Drive TA projects and initiatives from concept through completion
Requirements
Must-Have
- 7+ years in Talent Acquisition, including at least 3 years in a senior or leadership TA capacity
- Demonstrated experience building or scaling a recruitment function — not just overseeing an established one
- Solid track record recruiting for technical and product-focused positions
- Hands-on experience launching and implementing an ATS from the ground up, across multiple platforms
- Analytical mindset — relies on recruitment metrics to refine processes, outcomes, and hiring forecasts
- Sound logical and critical thinking, with the ability to question requirements and evaluate hiring quality
- Quick to act — able to spot, engage, and secure top candidates before competitors do
- High standards — distinguishes between simply filling a vacancy and hiring the right fit
- Strong English communication skills, spoken and written
Should-Have
- Advanced hands-on experience using AI in recruitment — sourcing, screening, evaluation, or automation
- Background in a fast-scaling tech company with substantial hiring volume
- Solid project management skills, having led TA initiatives from planning to execution
- Experience working directly with senior Hiring Managers or Department Heads on hiring strategy and needs
Nice-to-Have
- Experience growing a company from roughly 100–200 employees to 300+
- Experience developing AI-driven hiring workflows or recruitment automation from scratch
- Experience leading and developing a TA or recruitment team
- Experience spanning multiple markets and business functions
