FINANCE & ACCOUNT ASSISTANT
SALARY PACKAGE : RM 2,000 - RM 2,800 depends on relevant experience
Location : Work & stay at Genting Permai (Hostel Provided In Genting)
EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Annual Leave, Medical Claim.

Job requirement :-
⁠ ⁠Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree level in Accounting or Finance or any relevant experience.
⁠ ⁠Required skill(s) : MUST have at least 1-2 years working in related Accounting or Administrative field.
⁠ Good in Spreadsheet handling and Google Sheets is a plus.
⁠ ⁠Detailed, responsible and patient person in work.
⁠ ⁠Punctuality, good time management and strong sense of responsibility.
⁠ ⁠Able to work under pressure and self-motivated.
⁠ ⁠Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia.
⁠ ⁠Possess own transport : (Optional)
⁠ ⁠Working day : 6 working days

Job Scope :
⁠ ⁠Handling Daily Hotel AR Audit
⁠ Prepare Periodical Payables and Create Payments
⁠ Preparing monthly, yearly management account.
⁠ ⁠Monitoring receivables and payable.
⁠ ⁠Preparing monthly Revenue Report
⁠ Preparing monthly, yearly management account.
⁠ Upload Supporting Documents and Reports into Google Drive for property owner and company
⁠ ⁠Handling & communicate billing with supplier/building property
⁠ ⁠Handling & communicate with Owner of each unit property
⁠ ⁠Assisting in audit and taxation.
⁠ ⁠Assisting in preparing invoice, claim and payment.
⁠ ⁠All Office administrative job coverage.
⁠ ⁠Assist in any other ad hoc work.
