1. Good communication skills, strong execution and goal awareness, capable of daily quantitative assessment and working under pressure.

2. No prior recruitment experience required. Candidates familiar with Malaysian local recruitment channels or with media/live stream talent recruitment experience are preferred. You should be proactive in developing personal talent resources and seeking long-term stable employment.

3. Recognize the live streaming industry, meticulous and disciplined to comply with company rules. Bilingual proficiency in dual-language communication capability is a plus for local workplace communication.

1. Take full charge of recruiting all company roles including solo & group live streamers, operators, dancers, makeup artists, photographers and hosts. Source candidates via local Malaysian recruitment platforms and personal connections, and handle the whole recruitment process: job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement and onboarding follow-up.

2. Fulfill daily fixed recruitment KPIs and get cash rewards once targets are met. Maintain good relations with recruited employees to sustain long-term commissions: earn a permanent 1% monthly revenue share from each solo streamer you recruit as long as they remain employed; receive a one-time bonus of RM300 to RM1000 per group streamer according to their first-month revenue, with no upper earning limit.

3. Track daily recruitment data and optimize recruitment strategies to improve hiring efficiency. Assist routine HR administration and participate in team building activities.
