Right Management Administrator

• Reach out to individual candidates to assist them to start outplacement program.

• Create client ID and candidate set up in Next portal

• Follow up with Consultants on progress reports

• Guide candidates in job searches and connect with Recruiters or Hiring Managers on job opportunities

• Respond to candidates’ queries and scheduling of career transition meetings.

• Provide guidance to candidates’ with regards to their career transition programs.

• Arrange for candidates to meet with Recruitment Consultants on potential job opportunities.

• Liaise with external recruitment agencies to support candidates’ application.

• Ensure all complaints / concerns from candidates’ are dealt with efficiently and effectively or escalated to relevant parties accordingly.
