Responsibilities

• Manage project scheduling and ensure timely updates of delivery dates in SAP to reflect any customer-requested pull-ins or push-outs. Monitor schedule changes and communicate the impact to relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyse actual project performance against targets and milestones. Identify gaps, drive corrective actions, and ensure timely achievement of project objectives.
• Coordinate with Sales and Production teams to ensure timely completion and alignment of technical deliverables, including specification reviews, BOM, drawings, and PO approvals.
• Lead discussions and coordinate with the Materials team to resolve direct and indirect material issues that may impact project schedules and delivery commitments.
• Initiate, coordinate, and participate in customer and internal conference calls, project meetings, and ad-hoc discussions to address project matters and drive timely resolution.
• Ensure all Engineering Change Requests/Orders (ECR/ECO) are submitted for pilot builds and production. Coordinate ECO reviews, monitor implementation progress, and ensure all changes are cut in according to schedule.
• Coordinate, manage, and track customer-requested or internal ad-hoc rework activities with customers and relevant internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
• Allocate, coordinate, and manage project resources in accordance with the approved project plan and execution requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Buyer teams to follow up on RMA activities and ensure timely resolution and closure.
• Monitor, consolidate, and report overall project progress, key issues, risks, and action items to the Project Director.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
• Knowledge of risk management, quality tools, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Good understanding of product development and manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across different functional teams.
• Proactive, result-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
