Business Development Manager (BDM) – Singapore

Location: Singapore

Job Description

We are looking for a hunter-minded Business Development Manager who can acquire new clients and generate business opportunities in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients for IT staffing and recruitment services.
• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, and direct outreach.
• Build relationships with Singapore-based corporate clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
• Achieve new client acquisition and revenue targets.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in the IT recruitment, IT staffing, or staff augmentation industry.
• Proven experience in business development and new client acquisition.
• Strong hunter mentality with experience in lead generation, client pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Good understanding of the Singapore market.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
