Job Summary
You will support daily store operations by organizing merchandise, assisting customers with inquiries and feedback, performing cashier duties, and managing stock inventory to ensure smooth store functioning.
Responsibilities
Organize and arrange merchandise on shelves to enhance product visibility and accessibility
Sort goods accurately to maintain orderly stock presentation and facilitate inventory management
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve feedback to ensure positive shopping experiences
Operate cashier systems efficiently to process customer transactions accurately
Conduct stock taking and monitor inventory levels to support stock control and replenishment
Perform additional duties as assigned to support store operations and team goals
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Demonstrate customer service orientation by engaging with customers courteously and effectively
Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to collaborate well with team members and customers
Show diligence and teamwork by contributing actively to store tasks and supporting colleagues
Ability to work a six-day workweek on rostered shifts to meet operational needs
