We are looking for friendly, responsible and motivated individuals to join our customer support team. If you enjoy communicating with people and helping customers, this opportunity could be suitable for you

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with enquiries and requests.
• Provide information about products and services.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Ensure customer enquiries are handled professionally.
• Update customer information and interaction records in the system.
• Follow up on pending customer matters when required.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Open to fresh graduates and candidates without working experience.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
