Join Our Team as a Production Operator!

Are you passionate about manufacturing and committed to maintaining high quality and safety standards? We are looking for dedicated and reliable Production Operators to join our production team and contribute to delivering world-class cocoa and chocolate products.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery according to SOPs and production plans.
• Set up, adjust, and maintain machine operating parameters to achieve optimal production output.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any abnormalities or breakdowns.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, quality, health, safety, and legal requirements.
• Conduct cleaning, housekeeping, and 5S activities within the production area.
• Monitor Critical Control Points (CCP) and maintain accurate production records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and autonomous maintenance activities.
• Work closely with supervisors, engineers, quality teams, and other departments to achieve production targets and quality standards.

Requirements

Minimum SPM with extensive working experience, OR Certificate/Diploma qualification with relevant experience in food manufacturing.
Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment is an advantage.
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, or food safety systems is preferred.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
Basic mathematical skills and ability to handle production calculations.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work on rotating shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
