Kerja Sepenuh Masa Branch Management Surveillance, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di SMJ Teratai Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

· To conduct and inspect the branch operational procedure based on the checklist provided for a frame period and escalate the report to the management.

· To ensure the SMJ’s Branches will practice the standard SOP when managing the branch as outlined in the Branch SOP and maintained the level of adherence to the SOP related to operational, compliance on AML/CFT and customer services as expected by the management.

· To ensure the SMJ’s Branches will have standard security measure including the sound and functioning alarm and CCTV system, proper key arrangement and proper ID distribution.

· To assist the branch staff in handling shortage / excess issues as reported in the declaration form by investigating the case using proper approaches such as CCTV footage, log record and direct interview.

· To follow up the audit finding raised by Internal Audit Department for rectification process and to provide coherent response to the auditor queries.

· Compile, prepare and enhance all training material / flow related with SMJ product and service.

· To ensure the smoothness of branch daily operating through branch operating hour including ensuring proper arrangement of staff, the arrangement of relief officer and HQ support / relief.

· To increase the sales at the branches by using appropriate marketing strategies including surveying, study on potential marketing, awareness on competitor trend and conducting marketing activity with the staff at the branch.

· To ensure newly recruited staff will have the standard training input as outlined in the company’s SOP and other training material.

· To conduct assessment for newly recruit for confirmation and senior staff for promotion when needed.

· To maintain the level of readiness and responsiveness when instructed to perform a special task, ad-hoc project or any related duties assigned by the SMJ management from time to time.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
